I was a bit apprehensive to book a hostel that cost only $10 a night and in such a central location (mere blocks away from Granville street and the Waterfront) but I was pleasantly surprised to discover the friendliness of the staff, the decent rooms and most of all the amenities - free wifi, decent bathrooms and cheap internet usage. I would highly recommend this hostel to anyone on a budget and I hope to return soon. more

Totally satisfied 5/24/2012

Went there on a first date with a guy. Had a very nice time and experience. Still with the same guy :) and planning on a surprise "anniversary dinner" here in a few days! Food is good, service iss good. Woundn't be going back if I was not totally satisfied. View is pretty and there is a quiet place to walk along and enjoy the night with a special someone after supper. The Edgewater Grille is one of the best places to go for great but moderately priced food. The people there are extremely friendly and the service is great. Just had the Chicken Parm and it was delicious. The pizzas are also amazing. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out. Pros: null Cons: null more

Perfect dining experience 5/11/2012

The Edgewater Grill gives you the perfect dining experience in a picturesque rivertown setting. The view of the river, whether you're inside or outside, is beautiful. The food is very good, my favorites being Sunset Seafood Combo, Veal Picatta, Fresh Trout Almondine, all served with the Mediterranean Salad. Pros: null Cons: null more

I have been here several times, and the food has always been delicious! It overlooks the Ohio River and it is especially beautiful as the sun is setting in the evening. more
