Food was fresh and very good, chips and salsa were great, decent menu selection lacking only seafood, great service, restaurant was clean, nice atmosphere, good location with plenty of parking, very reasonable prices. ***Update*** Ate here again about a month later, not so good, salsa was different and tasted store-bought, chips were old and stale. Ordered Chili Verde and requested ""no cheese on anything"", served cheese anyway, food wasn't good, rice was burnt, service was slower than the first time, judging by the mixed reviews and my own personal experience I guess Edchada's is a hit-or-miss restaurant.
Pros: location, prices
Cons: food, hit-or-miss
