Great Service at Ed Voyles Hyundai 11/30/2012

This is the second time that Jim Hanham has assisted me with my 2012 Sonata. He got me in and out in less than an hour which impressed me to no end considering I made the appointment the same day! I was surprised that my car was washed down too. I am happier with Ed Voyles Hyundai than I have ever been with any other dealership in Metro Atlanta. Everyone I encountered was very professional and personable. I have worked in the car business before and all I can say is that you have great employees. I always feel taken care of at your dealership. Happy Holidays! more

Fast and Honest Service 11/19/2012

I will return to this dealership for service. They were able to squeeze my car in on the weekend and provided fast service once I arrived. My shifter was sticking and most dealerships would have taking advantage of the situation and made me pay hundreds of dollars in cost to replace the shifter and labor, but they were very upfront and honest. They used some cleaning solutions and fixed the issue. I was very happy with their service. more

The car had a sudden, very noisy problem we thought with the AC, . Service dept. took the car in 1st thing the next morning. My husband took the car in and was very pleased with the visit. more

Good 30K Maintenance 8/30/2012

Particularly liked that they flushed the transmission versus just removing the pan. Removed all old transmission fluid. Takes 12 quarts of transmission fluid done this way, more
