After finally giving up on the service center at Thornton Road Hyundai, I trekked out to Ed Voyles on the advice of several Genesis Coupe owners. They did a great job working on my car and got the work done in a timely manner. Michael Miller was my service tech. more

Rob got our service done, as well as put in parts for two recalls, and got the Genesis cleaned up like new, all on schedule and at reasonable cost after he applied a coupon we had. more

Bad Service 12/18/2013

I was unable to book a Saturday online. I had to call and it kept looping back to the lady at the front desk. I finally was able to book an appointment for the Saturday. Per the website I was told I needed 22,500 mile maintenance. I tell the associate and he had never heard of this. I told him I know it included an oil change and tire rotation. I was driven back to my home so I wouldn't have to wait. I receive a call stating that my middle brake light is out. My Elantra is a 2013, how can the brake light already be out. He said they just burn out it is a light and it would be $45 to fix it. I told him no. 3 hours later I pick up my car. I was charged for an oil change and tire rotation not the maintenance. When I get in my car the seat is all the way back so I had to adjust it. more

I have owned my Ed Voyles Hyundai for almost 8 years. I have been religious about keeping it serviced and Ed Voyles does an outstanding job of keeping it running perfectly. Not only the work is done perfectly but the people are outstanding to work with. Everyone goes out of their way to make you happy and keep you coming back! more

Excellent service experience 12/3/2013

I was visiting family for the thanksgiving holiday from Florida and the push-button starter stopped working on my 2011 Sonata. I called Ed Voyles and was told I could have the car towed immediately on the Saturday morning after Thanksgiving. Within two hours, the problem was fixed under warranty and I was on my way. The overall service experience could not have been any better. more
