The only available room was a 2 double-bed one. It was huge with two king size beds. Overall it is clean and quiet. more

We don't usually stay at Econo Lodge hotel, opting for Comfort Suites, but the trip,advisor ratings, location and price made us give it a try. We were not disappointed. It was basic, but one of the cleanest hotels we've been in. If you don't mind using the metro for the 20 minute ride to DC you should stay her and save a lot of money more

This is a basic hotel with a clean, basic room. There is no coffee maker in the room but\r there is a microwave & refrigerator. The room was large enough and not too tiny. Staff was \r very friendly. It was about a 10 minute walk to the Metro in a nice neighborhood although\r the actual hotel is on a main road. We just parked at the hotel for free and bought an all day pass for the Metro. It was a little bit of a ride to the heart of DC, maybe 20 minutes, but it sure beats driving in the DC traffic! It takes a little bit of studying to figure out how to use the Metro. Continental breakfast was very simple. Great value for your money - even though it is very basic, it had everything you need. Much better than paying $300 a night at a more ""fluffy"" hotel. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! more

This hotel is a great place for the price, especially considering the location and how expensive every where else is around it. Very clean, brightly lit, friendly staff, and the Metro is a 10 minute walk away. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. more

I was working in DC and decided to drive to save time and money. This property is near the E. Falls Church metro, inexpensive, clean, and comfortable. It was basic but met my needs: A place to stay, an easy access to transport to downtown, and good WiFi to work in the room. It is not luxurious and doesn't pretend to be. The value is excellent and the service is well thought out. A Continental breakfast is provided. The parking is free. It was great for me while working a few days. It would also be a good base-camp for visitors/vacationers/families who wanted to tour DC area but not spend too much on lodging. Thanks for the nice attitude of the staff. The bonus was the wonderful fall weather and beautiful colors in the neighborhood and the drive. more

We stayed 3 nights visiting Washington DC. The hotel is very well situated near a bicycle trail and 10min walk from the metro station. There is some good restaurant around, free breakfeast is fair enough, room is modern and clean, nice bathroom too. We were please with this hotel. Good value! more

My grandson and I recently stayed for 3 days. The room was clean and quite adequate. The area appeared safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was in close proximity to the Metro. In addition their continental breakfast was good. Furthermore, they allowed us to leave our luggage for the remainder of the day after checking out. For the price and location I would give it a high rating. more

10 minute walk to East Falls Church Station. Got Senior Smartrip card to ride metro at Ballston Station. Motel room was comfortable and clean. Free parking was a plus for DC. Good restaurant were nearby. Motel Manager was very helpful. more

Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The location was very close to the Metro station (3 blocks on a lighted bike/pedestrian path). We returned to our room late at night and felt very safe. We enjoyed the nearby sandwich shop and Cajun seafood restaurant. The free parking and free breakfast were nice too. more

It's hard to find a place in an area that you haven't stayed in before. This place was a great price, which also made me question what it would actually be like when I got there. It was very nice! It's a nice looking place, the staff members were friendly and helpful. The room was clean & in great shape. I think you get a great stay for a low price here! more

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past ten years. I usually stay there when I have business in Washington, DC. I like it because it is only three blocks from a Metro station so I do not need to drive into Washington. I also like the hotel because is a comparably inexpensive place to stay which provide clean, comfortable and has a pleasant staff. more
