The Location of the Motel is great. I booked Econolodge Westfield, MA as it was perfectly of our needs. The Manager was friendly and took great care of us, anything that we wanted...

A friend and I stayed here recently because it was on our way home. When we walked in the staff was very welcoming. Our room was very tidy and well kept. The hotel was very quite and the staff was very accomadating to anything you needed. more

I stayed at this hotel for one night, as we were passing through the area and it's in a great location, immediately off the Mass Pike and close to Springfield (where we were headed the next morning). The woman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. She gave us all the information, chatted a little, and overall was really nice. We were in room 103, which was a non smoking King room. It was a very clean room with fresh bedding, and plenty of towels provided. There were some toiletries in the bathroom, with a sign saying to contact reception if you needed anything that wasn't there and they'd be happy to provide it. The room was very well maintained, did not smell of smoke at all, and overall excellent value. There is also an outdoor pool that is open seasonally, free continental breakfast (which was really nice!), plenty of pamphlets and brochures for things to do in the area, vending machines, and lists of nearest places (supermarket, liquor store etc). Overall I was really happy with my stay here. Friendly tip to others as well, if you have a AAA membership card, you will also recieve 10% off your stay. more

I stayed here when I was visiting some friends of min. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and found the lady behind the desk with a warm and inviting smile on her face. The lobby reminded me of a exquisite mountain lodge and when you enter the rooms you can smell the freshness of them just being cleaned. The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff there was very accommodating. I needed an extra towel and they were very quick and courteous to get you what you needed. The pool was very clean and wonderful for a nice swim during the hot days. Overall I would say this had to be one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. more

I stayed at this hotel while visiting friends in Westfield, even though the hotel is next to the highway and a busy road I found it to be very quiet. I entered the room and found it to be very clean and fresh smelling. The next morning I went to the lobby which reminded me of a lodge to have breakfast. The lady who tends to the breakfast is very kind and she is a breath of fresh air. I will stay here again. more

Stayed one night on our travels thru MA & VT. This place was really clean and it was very quiet and an awesome price. I would recommend this place to anyone!!! You can also have your animals stay with you!!! more

I stayed here a couple times and the staff is Great! Kristi behind the counter had a welcome smile on her face every morning and very pleasant to talk too, We asked her extra towels and toothbrushes more than happy to help.What a great employee to have at your hotel.along with the housekeeping staff ,very pleasant and friendly!I will be back again. more

I have been staying at the Westfield, Ma Econo Lodge one night a week for the past year. I find the value exceptional, breakfast is great. The staff is very friendly, from the owners to the other gentleman that works the over night shoft, to Kristy, fill in on day shift. The beds have been up graded and are great. I find it to be clean, and a great value for the dollar more

We stayed at this hotel for one night on the July 4th weekend. It is located right off the I90. The rates were very good. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. They were even kind enough to allow us to check in 2 hours early. If you are looking for a reasonably priced place to stay while you are visiting the surrounding area or attending a concert at Tanglewood, this is the place. Accomodations in the Lenox / Lee region were 4 times the price. Tanglewood is about a 40 minute drive away via the I90. The hotel is not fancy, but it offers clean, comfortable, basic accomodations. The continental breakfast was good. There is a Friendlys and a Wendys nearby if you are looking for more. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is visitiong the region for 1-2 nights. more

I was very pleased to see smiling faces as I approached the counter to check in. The staff informed me of all the amenities the hotel had to offer. As I enter the room I could smell a scent that reminded me of a mid spring breeze. When I asked for additional towels I was impressed as to how accomadating the staff was. Stayed here for one night and had Nothing to complain about. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and attentive. The hotel rooms were very secure (you need your room key to even get into the building even during day hours.) Rooms were spacious, extremely clean and importantly very quiet even with guests in rooms all around me. There was a nice balcony attached to my room as well. more
