The condition of my unit and the extent of the work that was necessary was explained to me clearly by the technicians from Econo Air. I ultimately felt that I was able to make an informed decision. The cost of the service was high but I did not shop for price comparions to know better and cannot afford the full service recommended. more

I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for an incredibly well done job. Steve Frumento came out and gave us an estimate and then met the technicians at the job site at 7:00 am to make sure that they understood the specifications and walked them through the work order. Your two installers were not only professional, courteous and did an excellent job! more

Brandon did an outstanding job. Charlene was very helpful and on top of getting the part and getting the service scheduled. The blower motor had to be ordered from the factory, and there's a two-day turnaround. Most likely they should keep at least one on location. more
