Starting with Leif (I think that was his name) who provided info and booked an on-site reservation from Costco at The District in Tustin, CA, to Charlie Luetto who did the on-site visit and provided special pricing for Costco customers, to Fernando and Heime who carefully installed the A/C and new heating unit (Fernando even explained and showed me how he had directed the air flow from newly installed registers OVER the bed and towards the window to ensure maximum comfort!) on March 1, and including Econo Air CEO Mike Richards...I could not be happier in dealing with this Costco subcontractor. The professionalism at Econa Air was top-notch throughout, EVERYONE was informative and courteous, the pricing was fair and clearly demonstrated that Costco's buying power provides customer with substantial savings, and chooses its subs carefully and wisely. Consumers today have, unfortunately, come to expect sub-par services as the norm but Econo Air is the exception. This, again, highlighted to the that the Costco brand clearly has value. I'd recommend Econo Air to anyone, many thanks.
