Brandon came to service our furnace. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, and professional. When we needed a new part that wasn't in stock, he drove to Los Angeles to get it, so our furnace would be working during the holiday period. He went above and beyond. He gave great service with a smile! more

They were very knowledgeable. The technician showed me why the avi-purifier needed replacing, and how long it might be before it might need to be replaced again. They told me about other products available to help. I was very pleased with their work and how it was done. more

Good Technician 12/19/2014

I had my bi-annual maintanance done. The servie technician was polite and very professional. The problem I have is not with the technician but with the service that Econo Air offers. All the service tech does is make sure the equipment is running properly and offer suggestions on things that may need to be done. However, there isn't a lot of value in having him just find potential problems. I feel the service would be better if the techs did cleaning of vents or the furnace as part of the inspection. In the end the service tech didn't do anything to the unit to make it run better or cleaner. I'm not sure what the point is to sign up for a service that just has the tech come out and point out potential problems that may happen. Like I said I was happy with the technician, just not with what is being offered by Econo Air. more

Thanks to you and the crew at Ecno Air for making scheduling the service of my HVAC system so painless. I would like to say thanks again to the technician, Alex Anaya that completed the repairs at my home. Alex is a true professional and I do hope that you recognize what a valuable asset he is to Econo-Air. He communicated all aspects of the repair to ensure that I understood the issues and what was needed to make the system run efficiently and most important, safely. At the culmination of the service call, Alex documented the service completed and made recommendations. He made the transaction a real pleasure. A TOTAL NEW HVAC SYSTEM + New Ducts 12/12/2014

Dan did a great job explaining everything and how things would happen during installation. Fred and his crew spent all day, literally, from sun up to after sun down on taking out the old stuff and efficiently and effectively installing the new system including a new thermostat and new vents. I would recommend Econo Air. more
