I have been employed with Echols Glass & Mirror since January 2008 and after 15 years in the business, I know that good customer service is all about bringing customers back. We have used Echols Glass and Mirror for the past 2 new homes we have built . Their products and customer service were both excellent! They were very professional and offered many product suggestions and were extremely crucial in our home building process! more

Great customer service! 1/20/2008

I had Echols do a ton of work at my new home including a frameless shower door, mirrors, and a custom closet system. Everything went great!! Everyone was helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end. They are a team of experienced people who do quality work. I would recommend to any of my friends. Pros: Great service! more

Friendly service Fast 8/27/2006

I don't know about their in-home service calls but for carry-in jobs and the ability to turn out specialty projects quickly, I must praise the staff at Echols Glass. I brought a huge, antique mirror frame in to their shop for mirror glass replacement... I had phoned an hour before, they had a technician standing by (this was on a Saturday), he had the new glass cut and polished and in the frame in less than an hour. more

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY 11/9/2005

Do NOT waste your time if you are in need of a glass shower door repair. I paid close to $100 to have these guys come out and repair mine. The repair lasted less than 2 months. When I called to have someone come out a second time my phone calls were not returned and then my request was 'lost'. After all of that they wanted another $85 just to come take a look at it on top of the cost to have it repaired a second time. Their repair work apparently has no guarantee. Bad service all around!! save yourself some valuable time...go elsewhere 11/8/2005

I've been trying to get someone from Echols to come out and check my shower door for about three weeks now. Someone was supposed to call me back to set up an appointment within three days of my first call but didn't. I then called a second time and someone was supposed to call me back the next day. The third time I called I was told by the lady answering the phone that I might want to call another company IF I wanted the work done in the next three weeks. HMMMM? Yes that's right...call someone else. So, save yourself some valuable time and just take her advice and take your business elsewhere. Pros: none really Cons: bad service, no return calls, really bad service more
