My wife and I got our first cat two years ago and have had some bad experiences with other vets in the past. We finally tried out Eastland and met with Dr. McCully who was very friendly. Our cat had an issue with her eye and various vets in the area tried different diagnosis, but after meeting with Dr. M he found the right cure and the eye cloudyness cleared up. We were worried our cat would go blind and Dr. McCully quickly found a cure and put our minds at ease, which is sometimes more a battle than finding the right cure! Best Vet Clinic Around 1/26/2012

I have taken my dogs to Eastland Companion Animal Hospital for years and have had nothing but excellent service. My older dog has had health problems, but Dr. Tackett has done a great job taking care of him. He is now 15 and still happy and peppy for a 15 year old dog! Recently my younger dog got into my purse and ate about 20 advil. I took him over to the vet right away, and they were able to get all of the advil out of his system. He is back to normal now and very healthy! I wouldn't ever take my pets anywhere else! Such a professional and caring staff! Pros: null Cons: null more

New to the area, I went to Eastland Companion Animal Hospital for the first time. The new doctor, Charles McCully took excellent care of my two Maltese-mix dogs, and was very helpful in identifying areas to improve their health. I was happy to find a vet this caring. more

A vet that follows up.. 5/14/2011

I adopted my dog from a local animal rescue group that uses Eastland as their primary veterinary clinic. I continued using their services because of their reputation as a great clinic, but it wasn't until my dog had a minor emergency ( he had an infected or scratched eye that wouldn't open) that I really appreciated their services. Wonderful animal care 4/6/2011

We love Eastland Companion Animal Hospital! Our dogs have gone there for almost 15 years. The facility is clean, and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Our older dog has had heart problems the last few years, and Dr. Tackett has taken wonderful care of him. We wouldn't go anywhere else. more

We love our Vet!!! 3/19/2011

My pets have been patients of Dr. Tackett for over 12 years. He and his staff have seen us through many visits, surgeries and even (sadly enough) putting our dear cat Harry to sleep. Overall, ECAH has treated our three cats, a dog and our son's cat. We would not dream of going anywhere else. We completely 100% trust this office with the care of our pets and even board them there when we go out of town. They are pet owners themselves and often share stories of similiar experiences. We moved out of Bloomington two years ago and still drive 35 minutes to take our four-legged family members to them (passing other vets on the way into town). Do your pets a favor and trust their care to this office. It's worth it!!! more

Awesome caring vets and staff 3/30/2009

I've been taking my pets there for over 10 years. I appreciate them providing me choices regarding medical care for my pet. The vets always return my calls promptly. Best vet team in town 5/12/2008

I have been with Eastland Companion Hospital for more than 15 years and have always received outstanding service from all who work there. I have absolute confidence in their diagnosis and treatment of my animals over the years and would recommend them without hesitation. I feel they care for my animals as much as I do. more
