I took my dogs there for a few months. The staff appeared to be nice. My dog got demodectic mange, and we were taking him there for regular dips. My other dog received some type skin disorder. We asked them to do a skin scraping to see if it was mange. They did and said it was negative. The female vet seemed so young and un experienced, and caused my dogs to bleed from the scrapings. I am no vet, but I have takin my other dog to other vets up north and he has never bled from skin scrapings. They said it was bacterial. So we got some anti biotics and it didn't work. ... Finally we got a second opinion and found out she also had mange!!! We were so upset. Not only were we giving our dogs the wrong type of treatments, but we were being heavily charged. I understand that it costs money for an office visit, but we were there almost every week . Every visit, $30 - $35 office visit fee!!!! I felt it was ridiculous, and do not believe anyone should take their pet there!!!! If you don't love you pet as a member of your family, and want to spend the most amount of money for mis-diagnosed treatments, TAKE YOUR ANIMAL TO EASTLAND COMPANION ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!
