I was so nervous for my road test, but after taking a few classes with Bill, I felt confident in both my driving and my self. Bill was patient, informative, and understanding. With Bill's help I was able to pass my road test on the first try, just this morning! \r \r I would honestly recommend Bill and East End Driving to anyone -those looking to freshen up on their driving skills, and even beginners.\r \r I'm so glad to have taken my lessons with him!\r Thanks Bill, for everything! Bill was an amazing instructor, he was calm, collective, patient, and only wanted to see me be successful in driving. i really enjoyed every class, and i honestly cant see how anybody could ever say that bill was in anyway a bad teacher. I myself a stubborn type of person and no matter what kind of mood i was in, bill always made me feel comfortable and accomplished. i took many classes, and in the end bill assured me i was going to pass the first time, and i did. i would recommend bill and east end driving school to any person who's determined to drive the right way. thank you so much bill for everything, i really appreciate it. - sincerely Amanda Hornstein more

I failed my road test the first time i took it so i decided to take lessons from Bill. Not only did he get me ready for my road test, but got me ready for the rest of my life on the road. I used to be scared with no confidence when it came to driving. After my lessons with Bill, I then felt ready to not only just take my road test but to become a driver. To me there is a difference. I passed my road test yesterday. I'm now on the road with confidence and safety thanks to Bill. Thank you so much BILL!!! more

Bill at East End Driving School was fantastic. He worked patiently and expertly with my son to prepare him for the 'on the road' test. Bill is professional and takes his job seriously. The students respect the rules of the road and are better drivers because of Bill's expertise. I have recommended East End Driving School to all of my friends. I just've got my driving license today and want to say thank you to Bill, East End Driving Instructor. I know that teaching me safe driving tips wasn’t an easy task. But Bill was very patient, thorough and professional and slowly but surely he managed to build my confidence behind the wheel. I would highly recommend this school to everybody! more

I have had my permit for almost a year and a half now and went to the east east end driving school and had three driving lessons with Bill and passed. He is very good teaching the proper technique in an easy way to take in. I highly recommend this service. more

After driving for many months it was finally time for the road test. I had my son age 16 take lessons with Bill and he taught him everything he needed to pass the road test the first time. He also gave him the added knowledge to make him a safe driver. Bill is a wonderful man who takes pride when a student passes the road test. I highly recommend this school. more

I first took lessons with Bill when I was sixteen before my road test because my Dad thought it would be a good idea. It was a very positive experience and I passed on my first try. Now, however, I'm 21 and since going away to college and studying abroad I've been off the road. Before driving my car up to Boston to school this winter, I took a 2-hour lesson with Bill on highway driving. I feel much more comfortable and think I will be a safer and more confident driver because of it. I highly recommend East End Driving School, for beginners and for freshening up old skills. more

Just wanted to thank Bill for giving my daughter a few drving lessons. He was very informative and spoke to her very thorough. He was kind and even came in on his days off to accomodate my schedule. I knew my daughter was a good driver but now she is a great driver because of Bill. I would recommend this school to anyone (I already have). Just want to send out a thank you to Bill from East End Driving School. My two son's have both used his service as a driving instructor. My youngest just passed his road test yesterday. He had already taken drivers ed, but went to Bill for his guidance. My son said he by far learned more from Bill in his few private lessons than he had all summer at drivers ed. I also feel much more confident in both of my son's driving abilities. My oldest has been driving for three years now, and has had no mishaps. i first took my road test two times and failed,i never took drivers ed and never took driving lessons at east end driving school Bill help me with every sticking point i had and really taught me the best techniques to drive a car, he was very knowledgeable and professional and i would recommend this school to anyone that wants to be a better driver more

Prior to the East End Driving School, I had no experience behind the wheel. I missed the sign up sheet for drivers ed at my school, so I chose to take the 5-hour course that is offered at the East End Driving School, as well as private driving lessons. My instructor, Bill made learning how to drive comfortable, easy to learn, and fun. Not only did Bill teach me the laws of the road and how to follow them, he also taught me tricks and facts that helped me apply myself as a safe and smart driver. I was able to pass my road test with flying colors. Bill is determined to help each student succeed in passing their driving test and I would definitely recommend the East End Driving School to anyone who is looking for help in doing so. more

Before stepping into the East End Driving School car, I had never seriously driven before. I was nervous, and I avoided getting behind the wheel. However, due to the instructor, Bill's, excellent work, I am now a much more capable driver, while still retaining safe driving skills. After taking Driver's Ed through my high schools program I knew there was no way I was going to pass my drivers test so, my mom called the East End Driving School. Bill has been a friend of the family for many years, and we have never once doubted our friendship with him. The first day that I got into his car I was a little scared, but he assured me that he was here to help and improve my driving as much as he could. I took many lessons with Bill and I was always greeted with a smiling face, no matter how early in the morning I made the lesson. When driving, Bill taught me with great patience and always nicely told me what I was doing wrong and showed me how I could improve. He made much light conversation and cracked a few jokes here and there to make sure that I never felt uncomfortable. If there was one thing that I noticed, it was that he always handled everything in a very professional manner, and completely loves what he does. I scheduled my road test after a few weeks driving with East End Driving School and I passed with getting very few points deducted. I was extremely happy that day and I'm so excited to get my full license. Bill not only taught me everything that I neeed to know for the driving test, but he taught me how to be a much safer and more confident driver. He taught me the many rules of the road and was always extremely encouraging. I would recommend him to anyone. So, if you want to be a good, safe driver and pass your road test, go to East End Driving School. I don't know what would have happened if i didn't. Thank you Bill! more

I signed my very shy daughter up for driving lessons with ""Bill"" from East End Driving School...5 lessons $395 and then they would take her to the Driving Exam for an additional $139. I explained to Bill that my daughter was extremely shy and does not talk much, not to take it personally. After her 5th lesson I scheduled her road test and left a message for Bill regarding the date her test was scheduled. I never received a reply. After several calls leaving messages to the Driving School, I called and actually got a real person who told me that Bill was all booked up for the day of my daughter's exam. Upset, I left Bill a message to call me back. Bill calls and says that he does not want to ""work"" with my daughter anymore because she does not talk to him or say ""thank you"" when exiting the vehicle...that she is ""rude"". My daughter says that Bill always exited the vehicle before her and never spoke a word to her. I would not recommend using this company to anyone due to their lack of communication, professionalism, and overall bad service! Cons: Poor Communication, Lack of Professionalism, Bad Service more
