These guys take pride in their work, and went the extra mile calling me to assure any inconvenients that I may of occurred, of course there is room for improvement but I am personally pleased and will be back for another bike, if you had a bad experience here or had trouble its simply because they were busy or just out of there hands ( in my case Kawasakis). more

Came in to EBMS a couple of days ago to check out the Yamaha R1 that they had... I was approached by Andrew a salesperson there, and I have to say that I was very satisfied with the way he did business with me... He was very friendly, funny and knowledgable about the bike I was Interested in... He was willing to negotiate and I never felt any pressure from him to buy which was great.... The service from Andrew was great and I'm happy to say that I walked out with an amazing bike. more

My review pertains to EBMS service department and speciffically Bryan, Lead Technician. I had an issue with my brakes plus a recall notice and I called EBMS for an appointment, they had me in the shop within 2 days (unheard of in this industry). I met Bryan who was going to work on my GW and he was the most knowledgleable, friendly technician I have run into in years. His knowledge of the GW was awesome, he answered every question I asked him which enabled me to fix some of my minor issues. I incurred a problem on the way that caused my emergency lights to start blinking. When I got there I told Bryan about it and he instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it without me having to come back for another appointment and saved me about $60.00. I highly recommend their service department for any repairs for Honda, Yamaha, Spyders etc. They were friendly, helpful and fixed my bike while I waited. They have a customer for life. more

I surprisingly had a very good experience here, since people seem to have mixed reviews about this place.\r \r I always heard the showroom here was definitely a place to visit even if you're not intending to buy. They have the largest selection of pwc's I've seen in the bay area. \r \r We bought a 2008 Seadoo RXP-X. Our sales person, Gil, was awesome. He had a positive friendly vibe and he was extremely helpful with our questions. For sure, he was not the normal saleperson that is stereotypically out there to waste peoples time. Our transaction went very smoothly. We knew what we were looking for and the price we wanted to pay. We were very clear on that, perhaps that's why everything went without complications. We left the same day with our Seadoo. \r \r Overall, I would recommend a friend to buy here. more

For those people that are complaining of pricing you can always negotiate with them. I have bought 3 bikes from these guys and have always negotiated a fair price for both sides. Don't get upset if you cannot come to an agreement. Negotiations with East Bay and Marty have always taken less than 5-10 minutes. \r \r On to my interaction and a slight bump in the interactions: I worked with Marty on purchasing a Kawasaki 636 w/ABS and received a quote right over the phone OTD. I let him know I would be there Friday to pick it up, but when I got there the bike that was on hold didn't have ABS. So I left disappointed at the deal.\r \r A day or so later I receive a call from Guy who wanted to know what happened and proceeded to honor the deal and transfer the bike from another location at no cost. I arrived at the store and was quickly greeted and put in touch with Marty to wrap it all up. Everything went smoothly and Marty even went to bat for me to get more of a discount on my jacket from the parts department. Marty also personally delivered the bike to me, which is an hour and a half away. THAT IS CUSOTMER SERVICE!!!\r \r If you have to wait to talk to Marty I recommend you do...You can tell who he is because he is the salesman running everywhere to make his customers happy and satisfied. \r \r Thanks again Marty and Guy!!!! more

Rating for sales and finance departments: I called around to 10-12 dealerships looking for a good price on a bike to match a very high volume dealership in southern CA, Marty is the ONLY one who called me back in a timely manner and quoted me a competitive price. Other dealerships didn't even have the bike in stock and from what I saw EB Moto had at least 2. I came in the next day and everything was set up exactly as he promised. The bike was in excellent condition and Marty kept us entertained while we waited for finance approval. \r \r They have the best selection of of all major Japanese bikes. Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, and Kawi. If you are undecided on what you want you can compare side by side instead of going to multiple dealerships. \r \r Thanks to Marty and EB Moto for making my new bike purchase affordable and pleasurable! more

I traded in my old 450 and got TOP dollar towards a new 500! These guys know that some of the costs imposed are stupid and will definately get the price you feel good with before you walk out of there. Also they are big time military friendly. Go get a new toy! more

Went in to check out a variety of sportsbikes for a future purchase. Was greeted by Marty, a very friendly individual. He spent a lot of time with my sister, dad, and I showing us the different types of bikes out there; he also had us sit on different bikes to get a feel for the one we want. He was funny and had a lot of experience. If you want to look around and possibly buy a new toy, stop by here for sure more

Just had a great experience with getting a flat tire replaced. Parts had the tire I needed and service changed it out while I waited; thanks guys! more

We have bought numerous street bikes from EBMS not to mention the two we bought from them the last few months... A Ninja 300 and today a Honda CBR 600 RR. The guys here...(Guy ,Rich, Marty, Matt,) etc are true professionals. They will give you a fair deal and make sure that safety is first. Any after market work you want to have done, will be done correctly and they stand by their work. Although to EBMS it is a non issue, I think it's important to point out that we are women riders and they will treat you with the same respect as men. Women can feel completely comfortable walking in here and doing business with them. Again, to them it is a non issue and we would not do business with any organization that treated us poorly. When you walk in the door, you feel like you're hanging out with buddies. Everyone from the sales people, to the parts department, reception desk, management....no matter how much traffic there is, they will always make time for you. Just be prepared to make a couple new friends when you walk in. You will never feel pressured and once you buy something they make sure it exceeds your expectations. Most importantly, they will never sell you something that they feel is unsafe for you to be riding. They really do care, give them a try more

Went to East Bay Motorsports today to pick up items I had ordered last week over the telephone. I have to say the parts department was great at not only ordering the parts for me but when I picked them up, I was greeted with a smile and a hello. more

I had the BEST experience here. The sales man I used was a person named Guy Hamilton he was a very good and non pushy sales man. I would prefer him to anyone and he made my experience buying here amazing. I would buy from East Bay Motorsports anytime. more

Had a great experience today at East Bay Motorsports ... I wanted a Yamaha FX Cruiser SHO and sent inquiries to every dealership in the bay area ... Marty was the only person to have a timely and credible response that was not standard MSRP nonsense ... We worked out a great OTD price over email (my preferred method since I have a job) and I arrived today to find my Yamaha clean, on the trailer and my paperwork ready ... I was out in an hour and on the road ... Marty was professional, made sure I was taken care of and even put the registration numbers on my new PWC ... great experience at a great dealer ... more

Trailering home our new Polaris 900 XP LE 4! We got a great deal from East Bay Motorsports! Marty, Elliott and Kim at the dealership were great! They got us in and out quickly. They had a brand new RZR out of the crate put together and ready to go when it was time to leave. We will definitely be going to Hayward to do business with EBM again.
