I didn't go here with the expectation of a brilliant and authentic Italian meal, and boy, was I right on the money with that one. The food's edible. That's about it. Bland and uninspired. Only a kid would like food like this, and that's okay, it takes time to develop a palate. However, I don't think the people at Earth Wind and Flour understand this concept. The pizza is gummy, the cheeses are bargain basement, and the sauce, well...remember that kid we all went to school with who was satisfied with getting Cs in everything? That's the sauce if it was a person: ""Ah, I don't really need to be good at anything, I'll just exist, and that's enough for me!"" Mediocre, flat, boring. Stay away from this place if you know anything about Italian food and appreciate a cuisine that can take simple ingredients and make them sing. At Earth Wind and Flour, they just pound the voice out of everything they touch.
Pros: The area is nice.
Cons: Valet parking! It's free, but totally unnecessary. THE FOOD!!
