It's sad how one bad experience with an employee can turn you off from ever doing business there again. I have been a long time customer and have always recommended them to family and friends. I went into the store today to have two rings sized that were given to me by mother that were passed down to her. I was treated by the employee in a harsh and insensitive manner. She was overreactive, rude and obnoxious. I was extremely appalled by her behavior therefore, I simply took back my jewelry and told her I will take my business elsewhere. If you want to be treated rudely and as if you are inadequate human then Earth Treasures in Eatontown will fulfill that need. All kidding aside, I truly hope the owner of this establishment will see this as an opportunity to retrain and educate his staff on their customer service skills. more

How do you buy a diamond ring 8 years ago from earth treasures for 8k, Then try to sell back to earth treasures and they offer you 5k. Not even close to the purchase price! more

I never write reviews. I felt like I needed to write this because my experience has been on my mind since I went there last month. I was selling some sterling silver pieces...candle holders, cups, platters...I had called around to some of the "We Buy Gold and Silver" places ahead of time and was told that they would buy Sterling for $25 an ounce. I decided to go to Earth Treasures instead of one those places because they seemed "shady" to me and Earth Treasures advertised that they would pay more than those places. When I went in, I signed in and waited about 15-20 mins for my name to be called. The woman who weighed our stuff wrote the order up and paid us in a really rushed fashion...never asked us if the price was acceptable to us. My own fault, I should have asked the price per ounce ahead of time. When I left and looked at the ticket, I noticed I was only paid $19 per ounce! I had also brought in some estate jewelery pieces that day and DID notice she added all 6 pieces on the ticket for $5!!! I told her "never mind" about the estate pieces because although they were costume pieces, they were from the 1930's and I knew I could sell them on my Etsy.com account for a lot more. She argued with me and told me I would never sell them online and made it like it was a big deal to change the ticket and take the $5 extra off of it! I have since sold 3 of the 6 pieces online for anywhere from $20-$75 EACH. Again, I know it's my own fault for not asking what they were paying per ounce ahead of time and ASSUMING they would pay more since they melt down silver and gold themselves. Oh...and I do know the prices of gold and silver change daily/hourly...I called two "We Buy Gold" places as soon as I left and they were still paying $25/ounce. What a rip off...I feel so stupid. PLEASE call around for prices before you go to Earth Treasures to sell your gold or silver!!! more

You will not be dissatisfied with any Earth Treasures jewelry purchase. Check it out. So much by way of selection, and the quality is so wonderful. Appraisers on location, and repairs offered there too. Also provide cleaning of jewelry while you wait. Estate jewelry selection as well (which I think is already used jewelry that was sold to them).... So many choices, no matter what your jewelry style. Need a gift.....they'll help you pick something perfect for your significant other. You'll always be pleased! more
