I couldn't of asked for more.. 5/21/2012

Talk about not having to do a thing!! I called up Best Rate and explained to them my house insurance went up and they took it from there. Got back to me within the same day and not only researched the house insurance issue but took into their own hands to look for better rates for both my husband and I's cars. Put it into one package for us and got us all sorts of discounts. Saved us so much money. We cant thank them enough! Carl was also super friendly! more

I Highly Recommend Best Rate Insurance 11/19/2011

My friend recommended that I call Best Rate Insurance when I was shopping for car insurance, and I'm glad I did. They have access to many good insurance companies. They helped me select a company that not only saved me some money, but that gave me better coverages then what I've had in the past. I've dealt with them over the phone and in person and all their agents have always been helpful and friendly to me. Now I'm recommending them to my other friends. more

Great people to deal with. 10/27/2011

I have been insured with Best Rate Insurance for many years. They are very easy to deal with, staff is always very friendly. Always get a return phone call, they response to emails promptly. I had an accident last year, they went out of their way to help me with the whole process, with getting my car fix and getting a rental car. They took, took care of everything. They are always there for any help I may have. Highly recommend Best Rate Insurance more

horrible customer service 6/22/2011

I recently contacted this company in regards to a business matter and spoke with a woman named Helena who nearly ripped my head off. She was rude and extremely unhelpful. I would never do business with this company after getting such a rude response on a very simple question. more
