Brought a 2000 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD 5.3L in, because of rough idling when stopping. To diagnose, remove and replace 8 spark plugs with AC Delco iridium, the total cost was 397.80....

Drove in and waited on a transmission filter and fluid change and an engine oil and filter change. All the work was done quickly and correctly. A great family run business. Would definitely recommend them for service. more

Eagle Transmission worked on my 2000 Isuzu Trooper. They did an excellent job and the price was half the cost that I had been quoted from another shop right down the road. The people at Eagle are friendly and very easy to talk too. I would recommend Eagle to all my friends. more

I had my car inspected. 4/21/2010

The inspection failed because of a failed gas cap. When my husband brought back the car for the final inspection he had them do the oil change. more

Extremely helpful and honest 12/30/2009

John, I just wanted to thank you for all your assistance. I think we are on the right track with the gremlins that are possessing my daughter's car. I don't know if there is a short in the computer connector or the MAP connector. I suspect the MAP connector because the time your mechanic changed the fuel pressure valve, the problem went away and now when we reset the MAP connector the problem also went away. Again, I want to thank you for your assistance and great customer service. Some automotive shops would have yank the transmission and charged a grand to rebuild, when that is not the problem. It is nice to find good honest people that are willing to work through a problem and find the answer. Thank you. more

Best mechanic experience I've ever had. 12/28/2009

Broke down Christmas Eve right next to the shop about five hours away from home. These guys helped us get fixed up and back on the road, putting other projects aside and focusing on our car even after it became quite a big job, with unexpected problems etc. Needless to say we made it home for Christmas and we have Eagle Transmission to thank. more

Fast and reliable transmission service 10/29/2009

I bought a transmission on eBay. It never would shift right. The company I bought it from went out of business . Eagle transmission rebuilt the transmission and also added improvements at a very reasonable price. I got it back in a week. It now shifts like a dream. Thanks Eagle transmission more

Transmission Rebuild 9/30/2009

They rebuilt the transmission in my car, and it has been awesome ever since! They are top notch, and honest. They even gave me a follow up call to bring it in for an inspection (free of charge). I cannot say enough good things about these guys, go see them, you won't regret it! more

Quick and convenient. 9/25/2009

My experience with Eagle Transmission was very good. They rebuilt my transmission and had the vehicle back to me in 3 days. I had called a few different places in the phone book and decided to use Eagle Transmission because they said that they could take my vehicle right away. I had previously taken it to another shop, left it there for a week and the people barely even looked at it. With Eagle, I was surprised at how quick the service was. I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday and they called me on Saturday morning to tell me that the work was done. I have warranty with Eagle. Excellent results in a timely manner. 9/25/2009

I decided to use Eagle Transmission because they rebuild the transmission themselves, which was a big plus for me. They also are close to where I live, so it was convenient. I had a good experience with them. They answered my questions and, when I asked to see the damaged parts, they showed them to me. There was a minor issue that John resolved and everything turned out well. I would recommend Eagle Transmission because transmissions are their focus. They do the work, rebuilding the transmission instead of trying to put in another one from someone else. I thought that the results were excellent and the work was done in a timely manner.
