Brought a 2000 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD 5.3L in, because of rough idling when stopping. To diagnose, remove and replace 8 spark plugs with AC Delco iridium, the total cost was 397.80....

I just had an oil change & tire rotation. the front desk gentleman was very nice - they did forget to reset my computer oil gadge, so will have to go back to have that reset. That's my only complaint. more

Professional and courteous service 4/30/2010

John and his team are great, they gave the service that everyone should expect from a repair facility, but don't always receive. Took my vehicle in to have the transmission and differential inspected due to a noise. They checked everything out and found no issues. I had them go ahead and service the transmission while it was there and they had it completed in no time. I have another vehicle that is due for repairs and this will be where it will be serviced. more

Great Customer Service 4/29/2010

While I visited Eagle just to get my Texas Inspection complete, I was very impressed at how they took time with every customer to fully listen and explain the situation with their car. While I had to wait a little longer than normal, customer service is why I purchase and or recommend a buisness, and this buisness has what it takes. I also did not feel "ripped off" as I often do when leaving a garage. more

Inspection 4/27/2010

You were very busy the day I chose to have my car inspected but you still got my car out in about an hour and 1/2. We did return the next day for an oil change and that only took 30 minutes. Everyone was very nice and informative. more

The Eagle Transmission staff was very helpful and professional. I didn't have any questions personally, but serveral customers were helped while I waited and if they were'nt pleased I was pleased for them. I think they seem to go above and beyond, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. more

Friendly, down-to-earth, family environment 4/26/2010

I really liked the environment of the staff there. They didn't make me feel like a naive child because I don't understand all of the carshop "lingo." They explained to me what my car needed and got the job done. I would recommend Eagle Transmission to anyone. more

Being in the motorcycle service, & restoration business, it was a refreshing change to find a service co. that treat their customers with respect. Have your options clearly explained, your problems clearly explained at you leval, John started explaining @ a rudimentary level, until he found my personal knowledge was above average. At which point he asked his service tec. to talk to me, and explane my options. I felt comfortable leaving my truck in their hands. And I was very pleased with the results. Good Experience 4/25/2010

I had been looking for a place in Denton to have my oil changed without being overcharged. I purchased the oil change card and was treated fairly and did not feel pushed into purchasing unneeded items. Was told of extra things that needed to be done, such as an air filter. I would definitely trust this company with my car and not worry about having unneeded repairs being pushed on me. more
