Eagle Street Music In North Adams: An Obviously Bad Business (Relocated To Main Street In North Adams)\r
I bought a blue Sears Silvertone guitar with an extremely warped neck off this bad business. It was sold as a consignment item. I called around 2 weeks later and kindly asked if I could return the guitar due it's obviously bad condition. He said there are no returns on consignment items. I decided later on that I would go to his shop WITHOUT DEMANDING A REFUND and kindly ask that he treats his customers with the dignity and respect that they deserve by simply looking over the items he is going to sell before he sells them. This visit to his musical equipment shop according to him was a year after I bought the guitar. He said that I never asked if I could return the guitar in a reasonable length of time which is a lie! He told me that he does look over all of the items he has before he sells them and I felt lied to. So I decided to show him how to tell if a guitar has a warped neck and he disrespected me and made me feel like an idiot. Then I decided to tell him after he disrespected me a statement to the effect of: I don't feel like I should have to babysit someone's work who considers them self to be a professional to make sure that I am sold a good condition product. This business owner is a bad manipulator who can't remember what he tells his customers. He sucks at manipulating and running a business. This is the whole story which I believe is 100% factual and nothing but the truth.
