Dr. James is a very good doctor and I really like him. There are just a couple of things that bother me. First, he is never on time as he lectures each patient. The other issue is that he can be rude and addresses things that you are not there for. For example: the last time I was there, my appointment was @ 9:15. He finally saw me @11:30. I had my 3 year old son with me. They had taken us back and put us in a room to wait for him. Well my son, after 2 hours, was ready to get out of there. When Dr James comes in and sees my son is restless, while he is looking at my chart and he just says, you could change this problem with your child if you wanted to buy changing what he eats or you could just wait till he gets into school and put him on Ridilan.I was floored! I was so upset that I just kept my mouth shut, even though I wanted to tell him,"if you would have been in here on time there wouldn't be an issue". What else do you expect from a 3 year old confined to a room for 2 hours to do?! I was trying not to climb the walls myself!!!
He's a good doctor, but very opinionated. He is a Christian doctor and he knows what he is doing and a very good doctor. My family and I still see him and we have learned to just let some things roll off your back.
One more thing, he is obsessed with yeast. Everything that's wrong is because of yeast and will give you iodine solution to take to thin it out.
Pros: a Christian doctor and knows what he is doing!
Cons: been there several times and he is always behind schudule!! very opinionated!
