I would give these guys a 5 star rating. They were on time in logo van with logo shirts friendly and professional. They went above and beyond for what I expected especially since I paid a coupon price. more

Couldn't give them a big fat zero so had to settle for a 1. I made my appointment 30 days in advance. They called the day before and confirmed. The tech called and said he would be 15 mins late for a 2hr appointment window, then didnt show up, or call. The office was closed, so I called the next day, they said someone had tried to call me. No one did-Have voice mail and caller ID and double checked-No calls. Said they had had a problem with the machine not working, so I understood and set up new appt for 3 days later. They called 1 1/2 hrs into the new appt time frame, and said tech was stuck in traffic but he was on his way. 45 minutes AFTER my appt time they called and said there had been an emergency and they would have to re schedule again. I asked what the emergency was, but was given several lame excuses so I said forget it. I took time off work for this, twice, and was not a happy person when they were a no show for the second time. more

Got started on the regular cleaning and instantly started pressuring me to buy more services. Very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. They forgot to switch the breaker on the blower so at first the furnace didn't work. Very rude and unprofessional with limited english skills. Avoid these guys! more

I can give these guys 1 star because they were on time. However, that is where the good news ends. I had them come out to clean my furnace ducts. They didn't speak any English, they didn't replace any furniture they moved after they cleaned the ducts (small lamps- nothing heavy). They blew a fuse (and didn't tell me), and my furnace is now not even working. It's off and I don't know why! They kept trying to sell me more services and argued with me when I said no thanks. I couldn't wait to get them out of my house. They were dirty and rude. more
