An elderly friend AC unit stopped blowing cold air. She asked me to help her. I remember a neighbor had an EDS truck outside his home. He highly recommended EDS so I called them. I had the best experience I ever had and could have imagined. Right from the start speaking to Jenny at EDS, she was kind and understanding to my elderly friend's needs. Jenny said it would be hours before she could get a technician freed up to get to my friend's home, but she would see what she could do. Jenny was able to work some magic and before I knew it a technician called me within a couple of hours and was minutes away. The best news is, the AC technician found the problem right away, and was able to fix it and get my elderly friend's home cooling again. My friend's AC unit has had nothing but problems for the past couple of years and other AC companies were costing her a lot of money. I believe the AC Tech. and EDS has a great deal of integrity. I know the AC Tech. could have ran up the bill, but I know he didn't, because he was professional, courteous and told us every step of the way what he thought the problem was, what he was checking, what he had to do, and the cost of the repair.
