Very Good Maintenance Check up 3/29/2018

Sergio came after calling ahead at the appointed time and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made some suggestions on how to save money by setting the thermostat to suit our needs and not have the ac run all the time and explained the importance of changing the air handler filter at least every three months and sooner if there was a lot of dust or powders flowing thru the apartment. more

Eddy the technician from EDS is very customers focused with excellent prompt service. He is very knowledgeable and finished the job in a timely manner. Great work knowledge and customer service skills. I was very happy with Eddy. Also Jenny at the office is very curtious with great customer service skills. more

Dependable and Honest Service! 2/3/2018

Don C is always on time and ready to quickly assess what the issue is. He is consistently able to provide a breakdown of the issue using terminology that can be understood by anyone and provides the clear picture of how to resolve. We actually personally request Don each time we have service because we know we'll be in good hands! more

Thanks to the great work that Nancy and Kalib do, I've now become a regular customer of EDS Air Conditioning. Both Kalib and Nancy are courteous and professional and Kalib always shows up on time and does a great job. more

A/C Service 11/27/2017

Our A/C went down the night before Thanksgiving and EDS came out at 4 PM to address the problem. They were professional and logically determined the issues that we had. Their Technician was genuinely concerned about resolving our issues. more

We had Donald Connelly at our house this afternoon to replace a burnt out fan motor on one of our condensing units. Don was exceptionally professional, polite, knowledgeable and effcient with his time. We would trust Donald with any of our HVAC needs in the future. more

Very professional company! From booking the appointment with Nancy to having Don come out and look at the unit. Don was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time in answering all my questions and explaining things on a level I could understand. He was very personable and accommodating and I would definitely try to book with him in the future! more
