I've been a patient for at least the last four years. They've provided good, consistent care to me and my family. Now I find out that they charge you an Emergency Room copay ($250 through my insurance) instead of the Urgent Care copay ($75 - up from $50 last year). Seems they are now a registered emergency room. So if you just need urgent care from a doc-in-the-box, it costs you around $250 a visit. What are they thinking? Do they only want only life threatening cases now? Or are they getting greedy? Or is the greed of profit-driven healthcare industry squeezing them, too, and then of course, all of us. If so, it's time for Medicare For All - we all pitch in with taxes anyway. Remember, most bankruptcies are due to medical bills, with insurance. So long, E-care.
