Was pleased with the prompt response to my call and the prompt resolution of the issue without additional cost. However, problem occurred within a week of the Fall service check and appeared to have been something that should have been caught during the service check. more

Annual maintenance and problem resolution 10/12/2018

Very good experience. Office staff handled appointment professionally and accommodated our schedule. Tech, Allen, was very good. I felt comfortable and confident in his abilities. He communicated at every step. No surprises, which had been an issue on last service call. more

EASCO - replacement of warranted part 8/20/2018

Felt cost to replace a warranted part was excessive. When asked why so much, $411, was not provided full explanation, but was told labor portion was only 1 hour. Having to spend this much for a new/recently replaced unit is not right especially with no parts cost included. . Was encouraged to replace by EASCO to avoid excessive repair cost on old unit. Failure of part(blower motor) so soon after installation, raises serious concerns about quality of Lennox equipment. Would appreciate of full explaination of cost by EASCO. more

Todd was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly and precisely. He made sure we had a/c that night. We wouldn’t use any other a/c company and are very happy with the service we have received from EASCO. more
