Absolutely a nightmare. They didn't show up to first appointment. I finally called them. They said running late and were meaning to call. I gave them a second chance and scheduled another appointment 3 hours later. The plumber didn't even measure the space and was going to bring a water heater that would not fit in the space. Only after I suggested measure did he do it. Told me be there are 12 the next day to install after misquoting the price. Finally showed up at 2, after the office called me at 1:52 to say they would be late. more

It's a trap 11/12/2011

Bad service! My heater always works for a few days then stop working for 1-2days,so last week I called and the technician came to check ,he charged $59 for the service and told me the machine is in good condition ,I don more
