We purchased a bassett leather sofa and love seat for over $3,000 and the thing is crap. The seams are coming apart and the leather is so thin it looks like vinyl. Do NOT EVER PURCHASE BASSETT FURNITURE. It is very poor construction and materials. I wish we had read the comments before purchasing. more

This place apparently owns basset furniture. We have a couch that was crap after 6 months. They did not honor their warranty and lied to us on several occasions. I wish I would have listened to others warnings. You are better off shopping for furniture at big-lots. more

Do NOT buy from them!!! They ripped me off for $3,000! I am doing my entire new home with blacks and whites, black cabinets, white rug etc. I picked out a sofa and love seat spent over $3,000 when they delivered it, the sofa was BROWN!!!! They messed up and will NOT ADMIT IT!! They said I could come in and change the sofa color, I went in, and chose a LESSER grade leather, then they told me it would be $1,000 to change the color!!! The entire house has this color scheme, I already have a Dark brown sofa I would NEVER HAVE ORDERED BROWN! I have never written a review before but I do not want others to get ripped off like I was! more

solid wood furniture at a great price. Sales people were very friendly and knowledgeable. Will be back for future purchases. more

In this day of throw away furniture I found a solid wood bedroom suite that we loved and the price was less than what I expected. Next purchase will be for the living room and what we saw on their showroom will definitely have us coming back. If you are looking for furniture that will last I would highly recommend EF Brannon Furniture. I also like dealing with family owned businesses and the staff was very helpful. more

The very best experience I have every had at a furniture store. Sales people were freindly and helpful, plus very funny, and their store was beautifully decorated. They all worked together when I was there and put together some great stuff for me. One of my things that I got was delayed because of fabric but everyting else was right on the timeline they gave me. I did have a problem with one of the items, but when I called them and let them know someone came to my house the next day to take care of it. I was told by two of my friends that I should go here because of the great service. I now know what they were talking about. I have been purchasing furniture for many years from different places. I felt like I was a child or an employee of this store the way the manager spoke to us. The saleswoman was nice enough but her manager put us off. Greasy and sleezy tactics. I found my furniture elsewhere at a better price. more

We were promised the furniture in 10 to 14 days. Three months later (After Easter guests came and left) we get a call that the pieces could be delivered. We would have canceled except that we painted the rooms in anticipation of the new colors and the out of town family coming for Easter Sunday week. This store was recommended to me at the golf course. They have been in business for a long time. I guess the owner is a good ol boy. Maybe you have to be from tennessee to be treated like a citizen. The saleswoman that tackled me at the door dropped me like a hot potato when I told her I was from Miami. I guess I should have told her I had a home in Chattanooga too. I wandered the store for almost an hour. Overheard convesations among the staff about the customers and management convinced me to go up the road. On my way ot the door, one of the managers passed me and asked if I found what I was looking for. I told him someone should have asked me that when I came into the store. He said, well if you can't find it here you don't you don't know what you are looking for. That was the comment that drove me to write this review. I think I am changing golf courses too. more

I spent thousands of dollars at this store that advertises as WHOLESALE furniture. Well, the furniture arrived late and damaged. The managers were unresponsive. When they did lower themselves to return our call he was rude and unresponsive to an obvious problem. After many, many calls they admitted there was ""actually a problem"". We went to Dalton, GA and got better quality furniture. No sales pressure. We got exactly what we wanted. (It was wholesale) It arrived on time and undamaged. There are so many furniture stores around here, I do not recommend anyone doing business here and having to go through what we went through. If you do shop here, Do Not Order the furniture. See it before you pay for it. Pros: Pretty furniture Cons: Dangerous traffic, Dirty store, customer is nothing after they sell you. more

I have purchased several pieces of furniture and have gotten excellent service and prices. I just keep going back everytime I need or just want something. You don't get pressured, but you do get treated like the customer and not made to feel like you should feel honored to get to shop there.\r more

i purchased a dining room table hutch and curio the sales lady was fantastic and the price was great i had a wonderful experience with none of that up in ur face begging u to buy like the other guys more
