This company is a joke I placed an order and called them to make sure that they got it and to see how fast they would ship it. The girl that answered couldn't help. She said she would have someone give me a call, that never happened and after a few tries I always got the run around. I finally canceled my order. Just a waist of my time and frustration. more

Dynamite Tool Co Inc. Worst Customer Service! 8/21/2011

My shopping experience with Dynamite Tool Co. was awful! It makes me never want to shop online ever again. I purchased the wrong Lithium battery for our cordless weed eater. Not only are they charging me $25 to return it they are also charging me a 15% restocking fee on a $90 order. It has never been used! It DID NOT fit my weed eater. NO one even asked if they could help me choose the right battery for my weed eater. Their website states ""Returns requested for customer convenience MAY be subject to a 15% restocking charge."" Well, this has not been convenient. I still won't have what I need and it cost me almost $40 for nothing! I will never shop here again- I hope I have saved someone else the trouble. more

Terrible Company! 2/16/2011

This company is TERRIBLE. They charged me months ago, and never shipped my order. The worst part about this is that they admit everything, but keep telling me that they can't do anything because the item was supposed to be drop shipped from the manufacturer. They told me that they would refund my shipping, but I have not received any refund. I just hope that nobody else has to lose money to this terrible company. Update: After a week of calling them on the phone, I finally got my money back. They were really rude about it, but I'm just glad to be done with them. more

Bad Customer Service & Shipping 1/3/2011

They send out email notices that claim to state that their product has shipped, when in fact, they haven't. Then they try and blame it on UPS shipping. Buyer beware and I wouldn't advise fast shipping with this company. Customer service only responded when threatened with credit card reporting. more
