They don't even deserve the 1 star...Totally unprofessional salesman, My neighbor had gotten bids to replace our ""Good Neighbor"" fence and Dynamite Fence was one of the companies providing the bids. On the surface, they were very competitive but that's where the service ended. The salesman was not very candid with any details of what the job was to include or at least to my satisfaction. My neighbor could not answer a few of the concerns I had so I called the salesman myself. During this process I asked for an additional quote to replace my front fence since they were going to be there anyway. You would think with the economy in the dumps they would want the extra work as they were going to be there anyway. The salesman asked me for my address 3 different time over a period of 3 days. Someone from the home office called and asked me for my address, WTF...don't you write anything down? I tell him what I am looking to replace in the front. What style or choices they offered since he cannot meet me at the house at a time that was convenient to me @4:00, I guess it is his past happy hour? He does provide a quote on the day he states but again, it is very lacking in detail. After waiting for a couple of days, I call the office since he does not call me to go over the estimate. The office person cannot answer anything, she doesn't seem to know what is going on, so she calls the salesman. \r
More or less, I get the brush off...still no details on WTF he quoted me. I tell my neighbor that if he wants to go and fix the common fence between us using this company to go do so because I know he spend a lot of time getting estimates. I tell he, the estimate I got for the additional work seem high and since the moron salesman doesn't call or cannot work past 4:00 p.m. I was NOT going to have them perform the work on my front fence since I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE IS QUOTING. My neighbor say he will try to have him call on the weekend, I said good luck with that! FYI, he didn't call as he was suppose to. This salesman did call me on the following Monday and asked what questions I had, I tell him I'm not going to give an ok for something that I don't know what I am being quoted for, he goes into the company's history and point out their guarantee and so forth...I asked him, what he quoted me and it turns out...he didn't even quote what I asked for when we first spoke. Damn guy does not know how to listen, can't write down an address and can't quote what was asked for!!! We go round and round and he defends his quotes as being the same cost as the ""Good Neighbor"" fence, I tell him it is not the same and give him the chance to explain...the SOB just hangs up on me!!! F this company! I will be calling the office to let them know what an A-H salesman they have representing them to the public.\r

And don't use YELP either...they removed this negative review from there site...I will not use or trust YELP anymore either!\r
