My neighbor hired them to install a fence that borders my property line. The workers broke my sprinkler pipe and they refused to repaired it. They have no integrity and their 15 warranty is worthless. It was one excuse after another. more

The Dynamite Fence sales rep gave me an incorrect estimate for my home fence. In addition, it took them several days, and several re-measurements, to calculate the cost of a fence. This was an experienced Sales person! \r \r They were also very difficult to get a hold of when contacting their main number. more

Dynamite Fence Company did an excellent job on installing my fence. They even came out on Saturday so that I could personally talk to them about the type of fence I wanted. The fence is very strong, looks beautiful and they give me a 15 year guarantee, which is more than the other companies that I got bids from. Also, their workers were courteous and professional and did a great job cleaning up and hauling awayt my old fence. I would highly recommend this fence company. more

We had Dynamite Fence replace a 35 foot section of our fence ten years ago. The crew was competent, quick, and left a clean worksite.\r \r When we called Dynamite to replace a seventy foot boundary fence as one of three bids they came in lowest, so based upon previous experience we selected them. We even had gates put in, and I insisted on the german locksets. Everything looks great and again no cleanup to do.\r \r I would suggest just getting one bid: Dynamite. more

They don't even deserve the 1 star...Totally unprofessional salesman, My neighbor had gotten bids to replace our ""Good Neighbor"" fence and Dynamite Fence was one of the companies providing the bids. On the surface, they were very competitive but that's where the service ended. The salesman was not very candid with any details of what the job was to include or at least to my satisfaction. My neighbor could not answer a few of the concerns I had so I called the salesman myself. During this process I asked for an additional quote to replace my front fence since they were going to be there anyway. You would think with the economy in the dumps they would want the extra work as they were going to be there anyway. The salesman asked me for my address 3 different time over a period of 3 days. Someone from the home office called and asked me for my address, WTF...don't you write anything down? I tell him what I am looking to replace in the front. What style or choices they offered since he cannot meet me at the house at a time that was convenient to me @4:00, I guess it is his past happy hour? He does provide a quote on the day he states but again, it is very lacking in detail. After waiting for a couple of days, I call the office since he does not call me to go over the estimate. The office person cannot answer anything, she doesn't seem to know what is going on, so she calls the salesman. \r More or less, I get the brush off...still no details on WTF he quoted me. I tell my neighbor that if he wants to go and fix the common fence between us using this company to go do so because I know he spend a lot of time getting estimates. I tell he, the estimate I got for the additional work seem high and since the moron salesman doesn't call or cannot work past 4:00 p.m. I was NOT going to have them perform the work on my front fence since I DON'T KNOW WHAT HE IS QUOTING. My neighbor say he will try to have him call on the weekend, I said good luck with that! FYI, he didn't call as he was suppose to. This salesman did call me on the following Monday and asked what questions I had, I tell him I'm not going to give an ok for something that I don't know what I am being quoted for, he goes into the company's history and point out their guarantee and so forth...I asked him, what he quoted me and it turns out...he didn't even quote what I asked for when we first spoke. Damn guy does not know how to listen, can't write down an address and can't quote what was asked for!!! We go round and round and he defends his quotes as being the same cost as the ""Good Neighbor"" fence, I tell him it is not the same and give him the chance to explain...the SOB just hangs up on me!!! F this company! I will be calling the office to let them know what an A-H salesman they have representing them to the public.\r \r And don't use YELP either...they removed this negative review from there site...I will not use or trust YELP anymore either!\r Cons: Lousy Customer Service more

This fence company installs the most beautiful fence imaginable and is so reliable and has a wonderful customer service policy. We were treated with the utmost of respect by everyone in the company and has a sales staff that not only promises the best installation but makes sure its delivered. I would recommend this company over every other fence company in the bay area. Anyone that would write a negative review of this company obviously has never purchased a fence from them. Buyer be ware! This company promises a 15 year warranty, but good luck using it! They also bid the lowest price on the basic fence, then change the bid mid-stream. The sales rep even suggested we give our neighbor 4 inches of our property to make their fence building easier. When we tried to use the warranty, they had excuses why it didn't apply to our fence. Requests made to talk with the sales rep. (who is your best friend until you need something) and the owner provided no satisfaction. The sales rep even hung up on me, saying he had another call he had to ""get"". The kindest thing I can recommend is to avoid this fence company at ALL COSTS. They told us that we were asking too many questions and after all, it was ""Just a fence"". We asked questions such as how much it would cost to add lattice and how to ensure the new fence ties in with the other fence and looks nice. This bothered them and their attitude was take it or leave it. I would suggest you leave it if you want a nice fence with a warranty that will be honored. Dynamite fence isn't worth the dynamite to light it up!!! They are many good and ethical fence companies out there. This just ISN'T one of them. more

This was the best company I ever used.They were on time,did exactly what I wanted.Finished the same day.The Job,& the crew, were excellent in everyway.I highly recommend,Quality plus!!! This was such a good business experience. This 28 year experienced company did everything they said they would do! They were on time, had a great crew and cleaned up everything after they installed the fence. If you want a good company, hire them to do your fence. more

I want to let you know how happy we are with the fencing installed around our yard. From start to finish this has turned out to be a great project. We had received several estimates and even though yours was a bit higher, we loved the 15 year warranty. Every other installer was 1-4 years maximum. Thanks for the great installation. I consider your fence company to be of the highest ethical standards and was so pleased when I returned to my home and found the fence installation to be of great quality. The crew was very efficient and had outstanding work ethics. I will reccommend this company many times. more

I chose this company out of several others because the written info they provided said that they screwed the boards together rather than using a nail gun. In fact they only screw the middle section of each board & use a nail gun for the rest. As shady as that may be, it is not what I am most upset about.\r \r When I hired this company I told the OWNER & the Receptionist in two seperate conversations that I ABSOLUTELY do NOT want any of the bushes/trees near the fence removed. They both assured me that this was understood. The workers immediately proceeded to CUT DOWN the largest Night Blooming Jasmine tree on the lot. I am calling this a tree, because it had been planted nearly TEN years ago & the stalk/trunk of it was FOUR+ inches in diameter. When I saw this happen I immediately called the office & the recept said that she had written it on the work order so she didn't know why they would do that. I went to talk to the workers and they said, ""It was on the property line""? It was well onto my side of the fence line, if they were unsure they should have asked me. The recept called back late in the day to say that the owner would give me $50 off. I was insulted and insisted they find a new tree of the same size & replant it if they wanted to get paid for the job. Two days later the owner finally made time to come over. He said the closest they could find was two 5 gal bushes and they would bring them over & replant them the next day. I stupidly trusted him and paid him in cash, only to have him call and say sorry, all they could find is 1 gal plants & they can bring two over. I told him that was not acceptable. He said, he doesnt know what to tell me then, he can't help me any further.\r \r Also one of their workers stole an item from my property, which after my complaint was eventually returned.\r \r This company misrepresents themselves and lies at every chance they get.
