I read the reviews here and on other websites, and despite the mixed results, I thought I would give Dynamic Flowers a try for my wedding coming up this summer. I arrived at the shop and was given a book to look at with options. I already had ideas and pictures so I showed the woman helping me the pictures and she asked a few questions for details. She was very rushed and didn't have much information, just said she would speak to the designer. Mind you I was the only customer in the store. After consulting the floral designer (who was around the other side of the wall), she told me they would never do what I was asking because it didn't look good, even though I clearly liked it. This happened not once, but twice. I was very disappointed with the service. I felt like they didn't want my business. I would have preferred they just say that rather than insulting my taste and blowing me off.
