There's so much smoke in the place you're barely able to see. This aides in whetting your appetite, hut also burns your eyes and makes your clothes smell like barbecue.
I tried ordering both pork and beef, but they were OUT of beef that night. We got two pork sandwiches, a full slab of pork ribs, and the mac and cheese.
Don't expect the sandwich to be a sandwich- it was simply the pork short ribs with two pieces of bread.
The sauce is in a league of its own. Get the hot- it's sweet, a little spicy, and just the right consistency. It's a suprisingly complex flavor, everything's perfectly balanced so one complements the other. The meat was good, some parts a little tough- but tender overall.
The mac and cheese is ok. It did have a distinctly subtle flavor to it.
Pros: Great sauce, Tender ribs
Cons: , Suprisingly Expensive
