Went in for the first time and the front office staff was friendly and efficient. I had to complete a couple of forms during the initial process--only took a couple of minutes. The paperwork outlines various charges (our responsibilities) if you fail to cancel your appointment, contact/insurance information, etc. They were pretty quick to get us in. The initial evaluation and cleaning was accomplished by a tech who was very friendly and informative about what she looks for and what she was doing throughout the entire process. Once she did her part, the doctor was called in to review the techs comments and view the cleaning and state of your teeth. We found him to be very friendly and informative. Very conservative with his prognosis and doesn't do like some orchestra to feed you additional services/procedures that you don't need. Options and information are put out there and the option left to the customer. I'm very happy with the first appointment. I have three more members to take to this place. I'll be updating the review as they flow through the dentist office. I'd say the only con is that they seem to have a full schedule and it might take you at least 1-2 months to get in to see the dentist. They might call you if there is a cancellation. It seems their prices are the same whether you pay cash or use insurance. They accept checks and credits as well. They mainly go by appointments only, but I saw a customer who came in on a short notice for a tooth ache and was seen. I just don't know if he was a regular customer or someone who just walked in.\r

10/5/2012 Update: Lowering my rating slightly. First of all let me say that the service continues to be friendly as always and I won't change dentists because of it. The only problem is that I've found that they are often a little behind schedule. I went in the other day because of my daughter's appointment. I thought I would go earlier than my scheduled appointment (about 15-20 min) hoping to be seen sooner so I could get my daughter back to school sooner. Turned out that two people came in after we did (one late for her appointment and the other right on the nose) and they were both seen before us. We didn't get seen until 8-10 minutes after the scheduled appointment. The appointment took about an hour and ten minutes not counting the additional 25 minute wait in the lobby. Unfortunately, my daughter ended up missing two full class periods for this appointment when the entire process (cleaning/check-up) should have been about 40-45 minutes--this based on previous experiences with other dentists. One thing is sure--In the future, I won't be getting there until 1-2 minutes before a scheduled appointment. One other note, make sure you know (and agree) what you're going in for. I thought my daughter was going in for a routine cleaning since she already had a comprehensive check-up/cleaning six months earlier and I ended up paying for another check-up & cleaning instead just for a cleaning. No big deal if you are covered by insurance, but I pay cash for all my visits so the doctor's check-up at least this time was not required. Just keep that in mind when you're making your appointments.
