This facility is absolutely the best garage we have ever dealt with or heard of in our lives! We have had Dupont's work on several cars of different makes and models, most recently Kia. I trust the staff and mechanics to never recommend anything that does not need done, and they have always found ways to work within my budget as well as caring for my automobiles with complete quality and attention to detail. I know this sounds "too good to be true" but I promise if you use Dupont's Service Center, you will not be disappointed! more

I've been bringing my Toyota to Dupont's for many years and have always received excellent service. All the employees I have dealt with have been courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful in listening to my concerns and making sure my car was serviced and whatever repairs needed were attended to with care. Jim is the best, and the rest of the office staff follow his lead and are a great team. more

Dupont's was able to accomodate my lunchtime drop off with a ride back to work for me. It made scheduling the work to be done very convenient - and the fact that they were able to accomodate me on the day of my request was another bonus! The gentleman giving me the ride was friendly and easy to chat with, making the ride a very pleasant one. The car was ready when they said it would be, and the work was excellent. jim called and we talked about the maintenance items, i am pleased with the resolution. we all make mistakes in life and its how u handle them that counts. im impressed with the professionalism and everyone deserves a second chance. i will use duponts again and will still reccomend them. thank you. more

Ive used them in the past for big jobs $1000+ but most recently had some routine maintenance done and feel None of the items were done completely 1 Front end alignment: asked steering wheel be straightened and it is crooked still as when i brought it in. 2 Brake fluid flush: was done but reservoir was left full well beyond the maximum mark, there must be a reason that mark is there i was nervous and had to take some of the fluid out myself. 3 Had a leaking tire: (slow leak) they pulled a nail but never took the tire off the rim or checked/changed the valve stem. A week later im filling the tire each time i get gas as i was before i brought it to the shop. 4 Had tires balanced: they re-used the old corroded weights that have been on there 2+ years Not an expert on cars but ive asked around and havent found anyone who thought this was a good idea Called the service manager about this his exact words "thats what they always do" i was shocked Sent a follow up email never got a response They have a good rep but for smaller jobs you may want to check their work and end up sorting it out yourself after you've paid Everything in this review is 100% truth and without exaggeration. steve doherty dover nh 603-502-9806 more

I had a fairly substantial amount of repairs done to my Jeep and the final bill came in $150.00 under the estimate. They do good work and have good pricing too. more

They won't fix what isn't broken and will explain what you need till you understand and feel comfortable....been with them 20 years and never had a bad experience....the work is done right the first time! After having my car's clutch master slave cylinders replaced and the car returned to me, I discovered the next day that the clutch was engaging close to the top of the clutch pedal's travel, to the point that it was beginning to slip in 2nd gear. I called your shop and you were great in making time for me to bring the car back in that afternoon. After a half hour, you returned the car to me and said, "You're all set." When I asked what the problem was, you said that the clutch fluid needed to be bled again and you adjusted the clutch pedal as well. I was relieved to know that the problem was easy to correct, but annoyed that it was necessary for me to bring the car back a second time. I don't know enough about cars to know why the follow-up adjustments could not have been made as part of the initial repair, so that no follow-up visit was required. If it's typical that follow-up adjustments are required for this type of repair, you should have told me that when I picked up the car following the initial repair. This is the second time now that I've had repairs done at your shop where the repairs weren't completed entirely the first time. more
