After having my car's clutch master slave cylinders replaced and the car returned to me, I discovered the next day that the clutch was engaging close to the top of the clutch pedal's travel, to the point that it was beginning to slip in 2nd gear. I called your shop and you were great in making time for me to bring the car back in that afternoon. After a half hour, you returned the car to me and said, "You're all set." When I asked what the problem was, you said that the clutch fluid needed to be bled again and you adjusted the clutch pedal as well. I was relieved to know that the problem was easy to correct, but annoyed that it was necessary for me to bring the car back a second time. I don't know enough about cars to know why the follow-up adjustments could not have been made as part of the initial repair, so that no follow-up visit was required. If it's typical that follow-up adjustments are required for this type of repair, you should have told me that when I picked up the car following the initial repair. This is the second time now that I've had repairs done at your shop where the repairs weren't completed entirely the first time.
