I did receive my refund and of course I resubmitted a new order. I called the very next day about this ring and the mistakes I made on the date an encountered such a very helpful and caring person on the phone. The new order was submitted the same day knowing I could trust my other order would be refunded, lol. I received the new order on the very day and time it was emailed to me when to expect it. I just wanted to let all of you all there know that your company from service on the phone, the emails and to whom ever created the ring, you all are soooooooo great! The ring is the best and at a good price. The value is a 5 star from service to creation. Value is price compared to quality and not how cheap you may pay for something. Yes it was a great price but the quality of the ring and most importantly the quality of the people making it happen was exceptional. Thank you so much, I know I will be a repeat customer and also, I have 5000 friends on my Facebook and I did let them know about your company. I will also place a short video on Youtube of how great your product and service is. Thank you and great job! more

I just received my Class Ring from you guys.  I lost mine 34 years ago, and felt it was time to replace it.  I love it.  It is beautiful, and the craftmanship is top notch.  I posted a picture of it on my facebook page, and three people instantly wanted to know where I had it made.  They had lost theirs over the years as well.  So I am sending more business your way, and that is the highest form of gratitude I can give you guys.I am also waiting on a State Championship Ring I ordered from you guys as well.  I know it will be awesome, and I am counting down the days until I get that delivered to my front door.  Thanks Dunham Manufacturing Team for a job well done. more

Our rings just arrived and I want say how pleased I am with the quality and service. The rings are beautiful at a reasonable price. Even after adding a third ring to the order, they came in a timely manner as promised. After losing their rings in a house fire, my children were thrilled to find a company that would even make """"prior year"""" rings. more

Stadium Championship ring.. How disappointed am I !!! very..\r \r I thought this was going to be the trophy that I kept for years and passed down to my kids but I was so disappointed when I opened the box I havent even put the ring on.. \r Its just so small, I had to check that I hadnt been sent a ladies ring by mistake and nope its the ""Stadium"" championship ring I have... \r \r Also the jewel in the centre has what looks like debris or dust inside the stone so it doesnt look like selection detail has been adheard to in anyway. \r \r Overall im gutted with the ring and feel really let down, I wanted wow factory and sadly was miles away from getting it....\r \r Look eleswhere now to get another made :-(\r more

I ordered my college ring through Dunham. At first, I was skeptical about sending money to a far away company, I'd never heard of...but I checked them out online and found them to be credible. Their customer svc was excellent. The ring was 100% better than I expected. For the type of ring I wanted, they even created a crest with my university's initials in a creative and fashionable way. Needless to say, I am completed satisfied with their great product, price, and customer service...A rarity these days! more

School Ring 4/11/2006

I am very pleased with the quality and price of the school ring I just purchased for my daughter. The ring was not pictured on the Dunham Manufacturing Website but I sent them a picture of the ring we wanted and they made it. The ring we received looked exactly like the picture we sent them and the price was a lot less then the school was charging. I was very skeptical about ordering my daughters ring online, but I E-mailed the company and asked for references and then took the plunge. We are very satisfied with the ring and I would definitely recommend Dunham for school rings. Pros: high quality, low price, good service more
