I did receive my refund and of course I resubmitted a new order. I called the very next day about this ring and the mistakes I made on the date an encountered such a very helpful and caring person on the phone. The new order was submitted the same day knowing I could trust my other order would be refunded, lol. I received the new order on the very day and time it was emailed to me when to expect it. I just wanted to let all of you all there know that your company from service on the phone, the emails and to whom ever created the ring, you all are soooooooo great! The ring is the best and at a good price. The value is a 5 star from service to creation. Value is price compared to quality and not how cheap you may pay for something. Yes it was a great price but the quality of the ring and most importantly the quality of the people making it happen was exceptional. Thank you so much, I know I will be a repeat customer and also, I have 5000 friends on my Facebook and I did let them know about your company. I will also place a short video on Youtube of how great your product and service is. Thank you and great job!
