Very slow with no comunication skills towards the customer. I had to constantly call to check on my travel trailer. They had it a month and a half to replace the gray tank, microwave, converter, landing gear motor, bathroom sink, and dvd player. They would of had it longer if it wasn't for us constantly calling or going over there. No urgency to finish a job they start. A week after I picked it up, the gray tank leaked again. Panels on my unit are not properly attached or bent. Now they want me to bring it in again so they can fix their mistake with the gray tank when they can get to it. They will fix it as sonn as possible...hear that before. II don't need to be with out my trailer for another month and a half. I will never do business with them again. I hope no one else has to go through this with these guys in the future. The only way to avoid this is to avoid Due's Camping world. I used them because they were close and it seemed to be convinient. Boy was I wrong, I should have done more research and driven a little farther to get better customer service.
Pros: they were colse to me. But that was the start of the nightmare.
Cons: Poor customer service and communication. Took for ever and had to constantly call them.
