The billing practices are unacceptable in my opinion - I was told clearly, that my insurance would cover (x) amount of visits. Each time I visited, I confirmed this fact - explaining in DETAIL that I didn't want treatment unless each visit was covered. In order to gain my business I was assured my visits were covered - the doctor assured me she had confirmed. When the owner / doctor discovered this was not the case ... I was suddenly ""to blame"" and expected to pay the difference. Even worse, the bills in dispute were sent to me months later (a sign of mismanagement in my opinion) making it difficult to understand the dates involved. I understand there are delays but 3 months? In fairness I certainly urge the reader to consider both sides and decide for yourself. I have no complaint of the care, I do have a severe problem with the customer experience. I felt mislead with false assurances in order to gain my business. My advice is to stay clear
