Rude and uncaring staff. Phone calls and e-mails are not returned. I e-mailed them three times and finally gave up. 4 months later they still have not responded. When I called the woman who answered the phone would not help me. She informed me that she had worked all day and was too tired to help ""crazy people"" and transfered me to the voicemail of someone else who never returned my phone call. I was close to sucidal at the time and when I told the woman on the phone she acted put out and did not try to help me at all.They have no feelings or empathy!
