First of all i want to mention that my bumper replacement was not your ordinary transaction with dublin auto body. But with that said i recieved the worst customer service and shown zero respect by bill the owner. I allowed his step daughter to fix my bumper at dublin auto body to avoid filing a insurence claim and he agreed to do the work.\r Arriving at the shop with his daughter we were given a tour of the shop and i was accused of having shotty cheap work done prior to my car. It has never been replaced or repainted i was shocked at the constant mentioning of the lack of flex in the paint. Good to know, if his daughter hadnt hit me i would be in the dark about flex additive in bumper paint. I was told that she was going to make payments to the shop and left my car to get fixed. I did not recieve an estimate from them because i wasnt the one paying. Bill did mention that the entire bumper would be replaced with flex in his paint. \r The day i was to pick up my car bill called my cell a more

I recommend Dublin Auto Body 6/16/2009

Definitely recommending Dublin Auto Body. Have 5 cars, two teenage drivers, and taken 3 of the 5 cars in for various repair. Quality is excellent, but the reason for this recommendation is that once I took a car in for about a $900 repair solution, Bill recommended a $90 solution instead. When was the last time you have a salesman doing that for you? more

Auto Body Repair Service 7/24/2008

I have been a customer of Dublin Auto Body for over 20 years. I have had several cars and trucks in there for various body damage repairs over those years. Bill Solano and his wife, Pam, are great people to know and work with. They have top body repair craftsmen on their staff. They do excellent work at fair prices. I have recommended Dublin Auto Body to my adult children and my friends with the same highly satisfied results. more

I am their best customer for a reason! 5/31/2008

I have to say that since 1998 I have taken every car I have owned and my mothers car, my sisters car, my grandmothers car and 7 of my closest friends cars in for body repair to Dublin Auto Body. I recommend them on a regular basis to anyone I know who needs body repair. I have been extremely happy with all of the repairs they have performed. I have found that in the auto repair process of smashed cars, after work begins, the estimated amount of damage usually increases. Mainly because after they remove most of the damaged parts they find "hidden" damage underneath. This is common place in auto body repair and the insurance industry calls this "supplemental damage" which they routinely pay for on almost every auto repair claim in a shop being repaired. This is not a scam or bait and switch like one reviewer commented. The mere fact that the body shop found and repaired and rightfully charged my insurance companyt for additional unseen damage related to my accident is testimony that they more

small shop, but good service 2/10/2006

Small shop that does automotive work for decent prices. The staff seems fairly honest and helpful. After they do the work on your car, you get a post card in the mail for a discount on future work. They didn't try to pressure me into any additional work which is rare. more

nice people good work 11/14/2005

I had my oil changed a few times here and they have a nice 10% off discount you can print on their webpage. They informed me my tire was low (I was about to get the leak fixed) which was nice. Overall they did a good job and I would recommend them. more
