Excellent customer service and repairs done right the first time. 3/21/2014

Finding a good auto mechanic is like finding gold. I've visited several auto repair shops in the area. Either the job was not properly done or the labor charge was outrageous you feel ripped off. It's great to know that DTA mechanics are experienced mechanics who get the job done right the first time and the labor charge is reasonable. more

Oil change and check up 3/15/2014

Alex always tells me what service/repairs are needed/upcoming and gives me an estimate of the cost before I order the work. He also calls me on my cell to tell me the car is ready to pick up. more

Honest,Heartfelt, Comfortable, Cost Effecient, Reliable work 8/26/2013

Upon Stumbling on where to bring my vehicle for service I read a review on dta automotive. In the reviews I read how reliable and courteous Alex was to his customers. I immediately wanted to go to him Becuase the people where comfortable dealing with him and said his service was very reliable. Upon making an appointment and bringing the car there he welcomed me with open arms and said my car was in good hands. He told me what was wrong with my car and gave me options as to what to fix and an estimated time on what should be fixed next. My water pump started leaking I was in NYC I called Alex he informed what to do and to relax. I got home and sent him the car the next day and went on vacation. When I came back my at was fixed an waitin for me. I stand by Alex and dta as he does his work! more

poor customer service/failure to give a correct diagnostic 8/19/2013

I paid over 1,400 dollars my water for pump and stop the vibrating when applying the brakes.He changed the brakes and rotors that did not need to be fixed.then he told me that it was the callipars now he tells me that its the hubs ????? After replacing the water heater I did not not have heat then he charge me $245 more to do work on the heat core.????? more
