We purchased some boots for my son on 8/8/10 through Drysdale's website. We went through the entire order process, receiving a confirmation page at the end of the process. We immediately received a 'Confirmation of Order' email; which I did not open because I felt that the order was secure. The next day (8/9/10) I received another email which was titled 'Shipment Notification'.
Today I decided to track the shipment of the boots that I thought that I ordered, BUT what I found was that in the small print of the emails was a statement stating: Item Unavailable, order canceled.
Today I called Drysdales and spoke to a Customer Service Rep that could care less, so I asked to speak to a Manager. The Manager simply stated that she could not help me because I (ME) should have read the emails instead of assuming that the order was completed!!!!! Now how's that for customer service.
My suggestion: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Their website is not set up to tell you if they have the item in stock, and their emails are shot out by their computers, so even though you may think that you successfully ordered something, you probably didn't. I will never order from them again, total disappointment and waste of time!!!!
