Dry Clean Super Ctr

Used this cleaners until recently. I've had to return items to be re-cleaned. Then, took my husband's suit to be cleaned and they returned it to me with more spots than it went in with. They were able to clean it while I waited, but I no longer feel confident about their cleaning. Don't want to have to check their work for them. And staff could be more professional. When we make small talk, I don't want to hear about how many parties you attended over the weekend, thanks. more

I have used this dry cleaners for over 2 years, and never had a problem until last Monday when I went to pick up my dry cleaning. Actually, I thought that everything was just fine, as usual. The next morning, I pulled my "special" suit out of its dry cleaning bag, and proceeded to put it on. Lo and behold it looked like I had "elephant" legs!!! There was no center crease in my pant legs!! What['s up with that? I called the dry cleaners when they opened, and they apologized and asked me to bring the pants back in...which I did that afternoon. I was pretty upset about that, so I took my next load of dry cleaning down the street to a competitor. I paid a much higher price for my dry cleaning there, and have now decided that one mistake by my long time cleaners is OKAY!!!Lol All is forgiven..... more
