Drivers Auto Repair

Worst experience ever, these guys are CROOKED!!! I was stalled out on the hardy toll road and Drivers was the closest repair shop around. my timing belt broke and i was informed that after replacing it I would have two options; to have my Cylinder head rebuilt, or to replace the entire engine, because the valves werent firing propoerly. total charge would have been around $2500. I brought it in to a shop by my house Bosone automotive and they informed me that there was nothing at all wrong with my head or valves. the problem was that my timing was incorrectly replaced. he also said who ever did the work was either trying to screw me over, or was alternatively a complete moron. so i wasted $465.00 on the timing belt service and almost wasted an additional $2000.00 on un-needed repairs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT. If they are willing to screw over a military veteran they will screw you over as well. more

These guys are the most honest shop around. Great service ad they wont BS you or try to sell you stuff you don't need. This is the only place I take my four cars! more

Bringing my car in for routine oil changes are a necessary, but inconvenient event for me. Driver's Auto Service was quick, courteous, and no hassle for a reasonable price. more

As always, I was treated courteously. Usually, in auto places I am treated as if I know nothing about cars because I'm a woman. But, I am always treated with respect when I go into Driver's Auto. more

I took my 01 F-150 in to the Louetta store to have it looked at, as it was jerking when i would decelerate..Felt like transmission was shifting unusal..Took it in an told them all the sympton it had..They decided to run test on it and came up with the problem being alot of sensors and emission problems..Said $670.00 it would take care of my problem. I agreed cause that was great news that it wasnt the transmission..I agreed and they took me home as they started repairs. Got a call later it was fixed and running good. Went to pick it up and drove about 4 miles down the road and found the same problem still existed. So i took it back and they put some more parts that didnt help. So they have basicly came up with that its internal in the transmission as i thought...I took it in for a transmission check. and came out $670.00 lighter in the pocket. With the problem not fixed. And a bunch of parts that may needed to be replaced. But just not at this time! I needed to have problem diagnosed by a professional service so i knew which direction to go in..And feel I just made an investment in a bunch of parts that had nothing to do with the transmission. more

The service was prompt and I was always informed of progress on my vehicle, I felt comfortable and everyone was very polite and knowledgable. I will return with other vehicles. more

I had a electrical short and the ABS &brake lights were on. They tracked down my short and fixed the lights quickly.They call and keep you updated and give you a fair price for service. more

Bill took care of my problem immediately. Got me in and out in less than 30 mins. He has been terrific. more

The service and the people who work there are very polite and professional. I have brought many cars there for repair , and for the most part have had no problems. They seem to be well rounded in servicing everything from my classic Mopar to newer a Jaguar "and everything in between". The repair charges are par "a tad high on some things" BUT THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR REPAIRS. There is one observation I need to make to anyone taking a vehicle in for service. Make sure you understand the price for the service BEFORE any service is done. Do not be afraid to say no , or even to ask for a written estimate on any additional services suggested by them. more
