Driver Ed In A Box

The owner & management for this company are dishonest & evasive. My daughter signed up to complete their course but there were some problems & she was not able do so. By the company's own admission, although she had completed the first 6 hours of the course & they had issued the necessary certificate enabling her to get her learner license from the DPS, that certificate was null & void. When I asked for a refund, the request was denied. Because the company has its headquarters in New York & or New Jersey there actually is not anyone in Houston/Katy with whom a customer can have a face to face conversation (at least that is what I was told by a customer service representative from Driver Ed in a Box). Simply stated, this company wants to have as many customers as possible register & pay for their course. While trying over a period of a week to speak to someone within management regarding my request for refund, I did have helpful conversations with one or two members of the customer service staff. But there were inconsistencies in the information I was given by different members of the customer service group. Neither the owner or the one manager with whom I requested to speak were available to take my call over that period of time. \r Save yourself the trouble & stay away from this company. more

Too expensive. Called for customer support because some of the materials it was supposed to come with weren't in the box, and the lady I talked to was rude and wouldn't send replacements, and wouldn't accept a return. more

\r \r One afternoon, while taking a shopping break, My girlfriend and I stopped at Moe's for a glass of wine. Hers had cleaning fluid in it -- apparently from a display bottle that had been returned to the cooler. These people need to shut down. Stay away! more

I love to shop and Katy Mills did provide a great selection of products but when it came to women shops, there were limited quality shops. Other than this, the mall is awesome and a great walking area! Pros: Cleanliness, easy to navigate, variety in general Cons: variety to suit me more

People claim this to be a huge mall with everything you could possibly need. Unfortunately, with only 157 stores, this is far from true. I live in Manchester, UK, and the largest of the malls in Manchester (The Trafford Centre) has 280 stores, the second largest (The Arndale Centre) has approximately 200. Katy Mills was a let-down. more

It is a cool mall to come and shop at. It has all your major designers that you would go to Dillards or Foleys for, from the Tommy store, Banna Republic and Polo. Coming to this mall and these stores saves you money compared to Dillards and Foleys, the prices are great and they have the same exact styles as the other stores. The entertainment part is the best here, TV screens throughout the mall and especially NASCAR Speedway it is the coolest thing more

Katy Mills is my family's favorite Mall and has been ever since they opened...We can all go and shop all day and eat a great variety of places in and around the Mall.We can also catch the latest movies...The Mall is always clean and the Movie Theater is always kept clean...We have such a great time! Pack up the kids, load up the SUV and head West for shopping, food and fun. Put a pretzel in your mouth and wash it down with a huge Coke while you cruise the Mainstreet, window shopping and jammin' to the tunes on Mills TV. Set the kids free at the AMC, park the Wife at Off 5th or Liz where she can download the balance from your Visa Check Card while you download what ever is on tap at Moe's before heading over to NASCAR for a few intoxicating laps around the track. Before heading back to Houston, don't forget to hitch up a boat from Bass Pro and put another shotgun in your rack. Katy Mills Rocks!
