Drive Cleaning

It?s nice that I don?t have to be home when Drive Cleaning comes to deliver my clean clothes. Sometimes even UPS delivery won?t leave a package on my doorstep if I?m not home to receive it! It?s great to come home after work and have my clean clothes waiting for me. I don?t have to worry about going out during rush hour to pick them up just so I have something to wear for work the next day! more

Drive Cleaning has been coming to my house twice a week for pick-up and delivery. I remember at first I felt guilty when I?d get just one item cleaned at a time. But now I do it all the time, because it doesn?t matter how few or how many clothes you need cleaned each time?they?ll take care of your needs regardless! So I never have a giant pile of dry cleaning sitting in my closet anymore, waiting for me to do my errands. I love this convenience. more

The Green Earth product they use for cleaning isn?t the only thing Drive Cleaning does to stay environmentally friendly. They also give you reusable bags for your clothes, called a ?Green Garmento? bag. It?s a handy invention?it can serve as a hamper, a laundry bag, duffle bag, and also as a garment bag for your clothes to be returned in rather than using a bunch of plastic! more

It feels great to be able to cross ?go to the dry cleaners? of my list of errands! Drive Cleaning couldn?t be any more convenient. I barely even realize I?m getting my dry cleaning done?I just put out my clothes for pick-up, and a few days later, they?re back at my door, ready to be worn again. Drive Cleaning was one of the best discovery's I ever made. I can get my dry cleaning done without much effort at all. Once a week, I schedule a pickup, and the clothes are delivered in a timely manner after being cleaned. The staff is very friendly, which makes the experience more enjoyable. more

As a single parent, I do not have much free time. After work and taking care of my daughter, it is difficult to get the daily chores done. This place is perfect for easy dry cleaning. They do a supurb job of not only cleaning your clothes, but will also do minor repairs such as stitching a hem, etc. They are a little pricy but it is totally worth it. I would recommend the service to anyone. more

I have been using Drive Cleaning for almost 2 years now and it's fantastic. They always pick up and deliver when they say they will, they're polite, and they've even called me to let me know when something on one of my shirts needs to be repaired. This took one of the errands I hate most -taking cleaning out, and then hefting it back on hangers, through the weather- and completely removed it from my schedule. Highly recommended. In light of the convenient story concocted below, I feel the need to reiterate. Mike--the manager of Drive Cleaning--likes to accuse his customers of lying if they aren't satisfied with the service. They put stains in two of my shirt. They not only failed to take them OUT, they put them IN. I dealt with Luz--possibly the assistant manager--twice, to no avail, by sending the shirts back. Then I got ahold of Mike, and sent him the shirts twice more. Pros: Cheap, convenient if you are not in an office building Cons: Unreliable drivers, unreliable cleaning, they may destroy your stuff, they may accuse you of lies and extortion :) more

Drive Cleaning is an excellent company that is both convenient and exceeds the service provided by most downtown Chicago dry cleaners; simply, they are THE BEST! My wife and I had particularly challenging experiences with other dry cleaning locations/services with lost clothes, or late/skipped pickups by a pickup/dropoff dry cleaner. Drive Cleaning has an easy to use website to start service, make changes, view your invoices, etc. The quality of their cleaning is very good, their attention to garment stains or repair needs is excellent. The owner is very involved and has called me to make sure that I was happy with his company's work. I can recommend them if you're looking for an on-time, reliable and good performing service to pick-up/drop-off your dry cleaning. While some people may think that their cost is a touch higher than other dry cleaners, we think that they're really cheaper in the end... they've lost none of our good clothes. Once you lose a pair of suit pants, what can you do with a pinstripe jacket that's missing pants (and the dry cleaner only says ""oh, sorry""). Drive Cleaning as a service is a godsend. They pick up, they drop off, they charge the same rates and my clothes have been cleaned by someone that obviously cares about dry cleaning. Use this service if you care about your clothes. more

Best Dry Cleaning and Tailoring ever. I called to inquire about their pricing to hem two skirts. I had been burned by a very poor job hemming a skirt at a discount dry cleaner, so I gave them a try. OMG...The most perfect hem ever! Superior tailoring!!! All items bueatuifully cleaned and pressed. They are on time and have wonderful service. I will never use anyplace else again.
