David and his staff are detail orientated. I was very impressed with David's creative solutions to framing. His unusual and artistic framing techniques made the framing as important as the art work itself. I've used the same framer for many years, but after Davids framing...the other place just seems ordinary. A variety of good frames are available at many shops, but at DRG you get David's creative suggestions and solutions... Definitely worth my drive from the westside! more

I think I have a pretty good eye when it comes to picture framing, but when my wife presented me with a Charles Fazzino (3D pop art) for my fiftieth birthday I knew a standard frame just wouldn?t cut it. Having checked out a few local framers I was on the point of giving up hope when a college recommended David at DRG. It was a long way for me to go, so I was a bit reluctant. I have to say, though, it was worth the trip and more. His patience, professionalism and, above all, his artist?s eye meant that I have a frame that?s as stunning and frenetic as the work itself. His solution was completely unexpected and unique I wish I could post a photo to illustrate exactly what he came up with. I don?t usually write on-line reviews (being kind of old-school I believe service should be a given) but David goes well beyond the run-of-the-mill framers and I?d be doing him a disservice not to sing his praises. more
