watch out these people are not good .also the bay window they put in is leaking water under the two double hung windows .the seat wood is wet now and will rot in no time .subpar .the molding has gashes out of it subpar. they were to put another window in the dining room ,they put it in the wrong spot and destroyed my new anderson window .the job is still not done .then they charged a closed account when they said they would not ask for payment untill the job was done .the paperwork at the end of the job was filled out by the person doing the installation because i would not fill it out because the job was not done .this whole thing is a nightmare and i have a leaking bay window . more

The installers were great about answering question at how they install the windows and why. They were very professional about their work in that they took care to clean up after each area installed and attentive to each detail of their installations. They were pleasant and very productive with their time here. more

Promised no pay until 100 satisfied - not true. 1 sliding door leaked after 1st rain, when cleaning decks noticed a lot of caulk/liquid nails marks on deck and mark from caulk on screen more

My husband and I had 7 new windows put in on July 21st, 2012, and they were fast with installing our windows. Only 2 Guys came and they knocked out 2 windows in 25 to 30 mins! They were great, they cleaned up after them selves! THEY WERE AMAZING!!! I will be having them come back out to replace my Doors next. Thanks Dream House! more

Sales manager was awesome. He was friendly and nice. Same goes for the installers who were also very efficient and totally knew what they were doing. My only problem was with delivery...Tuesday then Friday then finally Sunday. Job is done and windows are beautiful, easy to open and clean up was done. more

The sales person was low key and gave us time to think about his quote and check other suppliers. Dave, the installer, uncovered a problem with our window sills and would not install the windows until the problem was fixed. We have been very happy with the result. more

The installers arrived on time. they introduced themselves and proceeded to take out old windows with no damage & no mess. They removed curtains & put furniture back when finished. They made for a very nice experience. more

We decided to do a make-over to the exterior of our home. All new windows, a beautiful new front bay window, siding, shutters, front door and a new garage door; we went with the works. This was a big project for us and we wanted to feel secure that we were getting quality. From the salesman demonstrating the ease of operation of the windows and high R value to the final touch to our home of the gutter installation, everyone at Dreamhouse Windows was responsive to our needs. Our windows and door, which we were replacing, were the original windows and door from when our home was built in 1969. The new Dreamhouse windows are so easy to operate and they are a pleasure to clean. Our garage door is so quiet too! We decided to put siding up on our house. What a difference the siding and shutters make!! The Dreamhouse Team gave suggestions on colors and style. I am so glad they did. Our home looks as good as it does because we listened to their ideas and suggestions. All the staff who came from Dreamhouse Windows were polite and professional. They answered our many questions respectfully and courteously. It was never a problem. They ALL made sure we were happy with each step in our remodeling project.
