I love this restaurant. My husband and I go there almost every week and the very pleasant and helpful staff know us by name. The menu is not vast, you can get high tea on a tiered server, with finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries. Or you can go for less elaborate fare, like sandwiches, quiche, soups, salad. I love the chicken salad, and their quiches are delicious. The real treat for my husband and myself is the scones, I like the ginger scones and hubby likes the blueberry scones. We get them with clotted cream and jam. This is not a cheap lunch, we have occasionally run up a $40 bill, but it is a nice indulgence.
