Keep their ph # on your fridge 5/22/2016

Very please and very fair with charges due to unexpected complication. Far better service and prices then a national brand specializing in unplugging sewer lines. more

Professional & Competent 5/14/2016

I had a septic back-up the past winter. I anticipated a minor disaster requiring repairs and a huge bill. But I didn't get either. They fixed it quickly and for next to nothing. I get it pumped yearly now where before I was getting it pumped every 4-6 months. They recommended an enzyme treatment which has helped tremendously. Their office staff are very helpful and efficient. I really appreciate this service and would highly recommend them. more

Prompt & Efficient Service 5/10/2016

We had a sewer back-up in the downstairs bath of my parent's house. I called Drain Masters at 8 am, their employee John was at the house by 9 am, and the problem was solved by 10 am. John listened attentively to us describe the problem, spoke knowledgeably regarding alternative options, worked efficiently towards a solution, answered questions, and charged a very fair rate. What a great way to resolve what had been a really bad situation. Best plumbers ever!!! 5/5/2016

I got an appointment the same day I called which was fantastic. The guy showed up when he said he would, right on time. He took care of the problem quickly and gave me advise on how to keep the problem from reoccurring. I will definitely use Drainmaster again if I ever need too. I will definitely recommend Drainmaster!! more

My nephew informed me that your plumber did an excellent job, and hooked everything back up that had come loose. He said that if he had any more problems, that he'd want me to call your company again. I was not there to see what was going on, but since my nephew is 57 years old, I trust the statements that he made. more

The tech was determined and systematic about finding the clog. He had all the right equipment with him and was very methodical, neat and tidy. He kept me informed as to what was going on and what he needed to do to fix it. He was friendly and communicative. Highly recommended! more

Would highly recommend 4/23/2016

Used Denali twice in the last week. Once at our rental and once at our primary residence. Both times techs were on time, knowledgable and fixed the problem quickly. They both also completely cleaned up any mess they made and explained the problem and how to avoid it happening again. Would not hesitant to use again and would definitely recommend more
